1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RR Downtown Arcade website and booking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed via full or partial online payment as specified during the checkout process.
• The "Early Bird" discount applies automatically for slots between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your raw credit card information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booked slot are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked slot are strictly non-refundable.
• No-shows will result in a 100% loss of the booking amount.

4. Arcade Rules and Conduct

RR Downtown Arcade aims to provide a safe, fun environment for all. Users must adhere to the following:

• Users must use arcade and sports equipment properly and refrain from intentional damage.
• Respect other patrons and staff at all times. Abusive behavior will lead to eviction without a refund.
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted in specific zones inside the arcade.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation in physical activities like Beach Volleyball, Cricket, and Pickleball carries inherent risks. By booking these services, you agree that RR Downtown Arcade is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur on the premises, except cases of gross negligence.
